tapatalk: do not append mobiquo/mobiquo.php to the url
Recent tapatalk modules (for example, for ipboard 4.3) are not necessarily on a /mobiquo/mobiquo.php URL. The full path to the tapatalk endpoint must now be provided in the configuration.
