boobank: add module suravenir

This module adds life insurance provider suravenir (previ-direct.com). It can be accessed through several brokers, at least assurancevie.com (tested) and Linxea (not tested because I'm not a customer). This is a basic implementation that only provides the list of accounts and current balance ("list" command in boobank), and not (yet?) the complete list of investments.
