Two factor authentication with sms was broken
because self.phone_number.go() must be a POST
request. With a GET, it ends with a
401 ClientError typed as a wrongpass.

All ClientError on do_authentication() were
considered as Wrongpass, but it can be an
account that have been temporary blocked.

- handle captcha and implement SCA
- Handle invalid phone number case. Raise an ActionNeeded if the phone
  number is not valid
- add parameter to keep session. To avoid systematic SCA we set the
  parameter remeberMe to true.
- try passing locale= and action_type= ActionNeeded params
- change TwoFactorBrowser import
- add AppValidationExpired
- bypass captcha and sca.
  save mfaUuid cookie in state.
  allows us to resolve captcha and
  raise sca only once every 90 days.

Many timeouts are triggered sporadically when we try to access accounts
page. Added a retry decorator to handle these.

It seem that this key is not returned anymore, regarding the name
this key is supposed to let the user know if his account is closed

I guess that this key is only returned if it's true

basestring, range, long, url*, parse*, unicode, html_unescape
also, remove some obsolete sys.version checks

When trying to access '/api/v3/authenticate' in the do_login method, we
sometimes have a timeout. Added a retry decorator to handle these cases.

Accounts with no type (TYPE_UNKNOWN),
will be typed using the category 'fiscalite'.
I add here a new fiscality value to define PER type.

We can't have integer as IDs.
