Sometimes, the request to post credentials for visiogo connections can
be really slow. The timeout could be reproduced only once so 30.0 might
not be perfect, might have to be increased again later.

As there is on OTP we need to check whether we run
in interactive mode or not.

New parent-child module mechanism requires dependencies to be declared
in module.py. "woob repos" can the generate an appropriate modules.list
file.

Some connections do not work anymore and when we try to login we get
this message:
'Your affiliation status no longer allows you to connect to your account.'
We handle it with ActionNeeded because the user needs to perform some
kind of action on the website.

Accounts fetched on Visiogo were wrongly typed as PERP. Every account
I've seen is labelled "contrat PER Entreprises".

They added a new column in between so the [6] does not work anymore, it
is better to use position()=last() to fetch amounts so if they other
columns it will not crash.

The Visiogo part of the connector did not have iter_investments yet.
The website randomly displays decimal separators as ',' or '.' so we
must handle both cases correctly.
In the iter_history I corrected it too because we sometimes returned
transaction amounts multiplied by 100 because of this issue.

The fetched IDs are just 1, 2, 3 (...), which is insignificant.
