It seems that sommetimes when we switch
from main to the phenix browser,
we land on a page that is not managed,
so we add an url of login to manage this page,
we have also added parameters that allow us
to go directly to the login page,
without these parameters we go to an
earlier step of the login page

Sommetimes we also land directly
on the dashboard or passwordExpirePage
and we try to login but we can't find the form
so we handled this case.

basestring, range, long, url*, parse*, unicode, html_unescape
also, remove some obsolete sys.version checks

The browser needs corporate_browser attribute (checked in module.py).
The account xpath has also changed.

We had a distinction between corporate and business cards, but there are
some connections that can have both type of cards.
We now will instanciate the corporate browser if we detect that, and
will fetch the data from both "sources" if possible

A lot of connections are in wrongpass because they are in phenix browser
instead of the main browser. We first do login with the main browser and
in case of BrowserIncorectPassword we try on Phenix Browser.

The module now logs which type of connection (Manager or Cardholder)
is logging in.
It will be useful to find connections suitable for build tasks.

Bug introduced in a61ede204443837, corporate account had a `_company`
attribute whereas particulier account didn't.

This is not information intended for the end user so, I set `_company`
to None on particulier accounts.

I fixed the methods that filled forms.
Some forms don't use the exact same names for fields even if they convey
the same information.
The field 'numCarteSaisi' doesn't exist anymore so I changed it to
'nomCarteSaisi' or 'titulaireSaisi'.

Added a method to fetch all companies and added the '_company' attribute
to Account objects so that they can use their company identifier when
filling forms.

Account's id was created with the 4 first and last card's number. They was some duplicate,
so I Added the client name to the account id
