and is always given even if we haven't enter a new otp
the value is updated and we have to take it or else
we'll have another otp next time

Once the 2FA has been done, login can be done without it for six months
so HAS_CREDENTIALS_ONLY must be set to True.

Ameli recently implemented an email 2FA. Added a param to keep the
device as trusted for 6 months. Along this change, they ask the users to
accept new terms of agreement. There's possibly a second action needed
page about KYC but this is skippable, unlike the terms of agreement one.
Also fixed subscription_page URL that had been replaced by the home
page. Updated error handling during login.

Users are asked to set a new password. Password modification URL is
now handled and raises an ExpiredPassword if we get on it during login
process.
