The last day shouldn't be a Saturday or a Sunday.
If transactions have same valuation date as the summary date, the debit date is the next summary date.

There were a redirection problem.

First, the BoursePage url/form changed.

Second, you have an iframe inside another one, but the first has no src. So a form is used to acces the second.
It leads you to a redirection page which I make redirect to another page. And on this page, you have the second iframe.

I had to modify lcl so it takes handle_refresh into account.

Some card don't have information about deferred or debit status, skip them.

Add differentiation between deferred card and debit card.
Get all deferred card transactions for last 6 months now.
Set deferred card transactions as TYPE_DEFERRED_CARD.
Rearrange date of transactions: transactions date have to be equal to a summary date
because it's the debit date.
Add differentiation between coming and history for deferred card transactions.
Skip deferred card transactions if match any summary date (debit date).
Skip summary if the date is not passed because the amount is variable .
