The empty_xpath attribute is used to fetch an explicit message on a page
when there is no account, no transaction or no investment for example.
The goal of this attribute is to avoid silent bugs when an item page has
completely changed and the item_xpath does not match any element
anymore: in these cases we don't scrape any element but we don't crash
either ; whereas if empty_xpath is defined at least we will have a
warning that the page may have changed.

In some cases, the user enrollment failed (server error, bad
credentials, time limit ...), consequently bank api gives us url with error. Here we add a generic method to OAuth2Mixin in order to catch error. In the future we will be able to raise the good error in the specific module.

For now BrowserHTTPSDowngrade inherits from BrowserUnavailable but it
would be more logical (as for 404 errors) to handle it like a crash
instead of a server error.

When we face a 404 error it is more logical to raise a real bug error
rather than a browser unavailable because usually 404 errors are not due
to the website being unavailable for any reason. This will enable the
tracking of 404 errors more easily.

translaboob took "fr" as input and passed "French" to modules. This
should be the reverse, modules should receive the ISO-639 code of the
desired language.

For now, there are three values:
 - owner: The PSU own the account
 - co-owner: There are at least 2 owners on this account
 - attorney: It's not the PSU property, but it can manage it (ex: It's children accounts)

Otherwise unicode() on a memoryview will not actually read the text
inside.

So this is Python 3 behavior in Python 2 but no change for Python 3.

This class is not really useful if you're asking .items()
expecting a list like Python 2 does.

As a bonus it doesn't make pyflakes.sh panic.

Aliases/anchors are the &things in the YAML dumps.
They require storing a id map of every object to be saved
and may require a lot of memory while saving large items.
