This allows filtering and it is also nicer to have a prefix.

Aliases/anchors are the &things in the YAML dumps.
They require storing a id map of every object to be saved
and may require a lot of memory while saving large items.

When using default and accessing levels that don't exist, they would be
filled by empty dicts.
It is also faster as we return early.

Rename will always erase it. This saves two filesystem operations.

PyYAML tries to write strs, so the file must be opened with an encoding.

removing it

[yamlconfig] fix windows compatibility you need to remove the previous file if you want to rename to an existing file

Unfortunately, I couldn't make timestamps always load
as our date[time] objects, at least with CLoader.

get(..., default=None) will now be able to work.

With flake8, we can check for more issues and ignore those who are not
real issues.

This allowed me to find genuine errors in:
- modules/boursorama/pages/account_history.py
- modules/ing/pages/login.py
- weboob/tools/application/qt/qt.py
I left one in weboob/tools/browser/browser.py for the time being.

Some PEP8 fixes on other files.
