Some accounts are present on multiple areas. Their origin area is
indicated, so skip if id is duplicate and area is the same.

The account id used previously can be very short and reused in multiple
"areas" (if multiple companies). To avoid it, concatenate the area id.

Also, fix investment fetching and recognize more account types.

This patch fix the CmsoProBrowser when the credentials are used for both pro
and par website.

When giving LinearDateGuesser instance to DateGuesser at Page's
declaration, that'll be the SAME object for all the life-time of the
module. So when listing transactions of a second account, the first taken
date is the date of the oldest transaction of the first account!
