security page is not a logged page
and don't always submit form to send code if it's by sms.
remove baseurl in location because website is not always fr and cookies aren't sent if url doesn't match

Actually there is gonna be a mail to explain this, we'll now ask API users to tell their clients that they have to activate the double authentication on amazon. This way, at the first connection, we force the site to remember a device. Could solve the problem

Since Python 2.7 is the minimum version supported,
collections.OrderedDict is guaranteed to exist and there is no need to
reimplement it.
