- Introduce more swear words to represent the diversity of the English language
- Upgrade outdated insults
- Only wish harm on objects (though webdevs barely qualify as human)

tumblr assholes are so zealous you cannot even access their API until
you accept this whole GDPR bullshit which requires to store a cookie to
indicate you don't want cookies.
It would be funnily ironic if it weren't such an awful nightmare.

* API has much simpler parsing and avoids NSFW limitations
* implement search_galleries to use in qgalleroob
* support some tumblrs that don't have a *.tumblr.com url
