Market orders on a market account can be executed "Comptant" or "SRD", meaning that they are speculated and not actually bought right away. This does not apply to PEA accounts where market orders are always "Comptant".

On some websites we observe 3 dates: validity_date, creation date and execution date. The 'date' attribute is set to the creation_date since all market orders have one, whereas some market orders (that are still ongoing, or that have been refused or cancelled) have no execution_date, and the date is often used to sort the orders chronologically.

CapBankTransfer subclassed CapBank. In order to have modules that can do money transfers without having CapBank functionality, we introduce CapTransfer, containing old interface's methods. For compatibility with existing modules and code still using the name CapBankTransfer, we still have to keep that class. It can prove also useful to make a bridge between the CapBank's Account to CapTransfer's Emitter, so a new method is added.

Names will follow later.

Document.id is most often an internal id, built in the format: "{subscription}_{number}". A website can show a meaningful, user-friendly identifier (but now always). In this case, it should go in the "number" field.

This specific Cap is not useful anymore and does not contain any additional methods.
