Loans are fetched on a loan detail page and the correponding account is
removed from the accounts_list, however it is crucial to add the loan
url for other methods in the module such as iter_transfer_recipients
that start with "assert account.url" and get_invest that starts with "if
/blabla/ in account.url".

Some inactive deferred card are not in AccbisPage.
Get all active card on AccbisPage and compare card in accounts list,
remove all card not in active card list.

- unactivated cards (because of a credit card renewal typically) causes
account.number to be assigned a NotLoaded value and consequently the
history retrieval to fail. Fixed by removing the unactivated card and by keeping only the
active card when searching for card numbers.

Sometimes, opposed cards have a link and their history can be consulted.
However they are not displayed on cards page, only on accounts list.

They can be detected as being opposed by their label, but only on the
AccbisPage though. Their label on AccountsPage does not show if it's
opposed or not.

Because the recipient list is in another URLs, the recipient list was empty, and made boobank thought that the account cannot emit transfer. This should fix this wrong behavior.
