n26 added a new functionnity to let users divide the accounts into
multiple small accounts (like little saving accounts).
we just get the total amount reflecting to sum of main account +
all created accounts.

A lot of wrongpass appeared on n26 connector.
It is because when tying to login, after a number of failures, you cannot log in right away.
You need to wait 30 minutes, that is what is said by a message.

Now the message is retrieved in a BrowserUnavailble exception.
The BrowserIncorectPassword also has an error message.

Like for boilerplate, don't mark a module as not working only because
the maintener was to lazy to implement tests.

This reverts commit 3c84980e.

* Sort alphabetically modules in weboob linting script
* Remove btdigg module, as btdigg website is dead.
* Add icons for all modules with a missing icon.
* Add some unittests for LDLC.

And tweak the code to pass linting.
