We used to relog every time we visited the market-space, causing
useless requests. Corrected by retrieving the link used to retrieving
directly the right session.

Some checking accounts don't have a credit card, when we make a
request the website send an error we did not catch, hence causing a bug
when try to iterate on the cards_transactions.

The summary with the data regarding the accounts do not load sometimes
for some reason. It does not apepar to be time-related but rather try-related.
When manually connecting to the customer's account in-browser, I have to manually
reload the page several times (between 1 and 3) before obtaining the right data.
Hence the parameter tries=5, in case it doesn't load.

This is a fix for commit 86168576, which stopped deffered card history fetching.
Also, make sure we don't get any history during transition period (because
there's none) but only coming.

[bforbank] handling transition period between last accounting day and debit date for deffered card accounts

The problem came from bforbank site displaying next month page as soon
as the last accounting day is past, not the debit date. For example,
if the last accounting day is 26/02, and the debit date 30/02, and assuming
we are the 27/02, the site displays the page for the next month (with debit
date to the 30/03). As a result, balance was not correct during this period,
as for coming transactions.
To handle this, we check if the month of the debit date we scrap on the main
card history page is equal to the current month + 1 (we are the 27/02,
but because the last accounting day was 26/02, the main page debit date is 30/03).
If so, we need to go to the previous month page.

multiple times the weboob as positional argument in case of multiple
AbstractBrowser.

The "index" of the card can only be found in an history page, and same
for the balance.

For the summary transactions, we used to search them in the checking
account and dispatch to the card account, but with multiple cards, it
doesn't fit, so we generate a transaction directly.
