Fusion between banqueaccord and oney modules since the two connectors use the same website. Banqueaccord now inherits from Oney with an AbstractModule.
-
Since the Oney website only contains cards and accounts that are revolving credits, all account types have been switched to TYPE_REVOLVING_CREDIT. Same operation was performed for banqueaccord, which will anyways be fused at some point. Closes: 5082@zendesk

Like for boilerplate, don't mark a module as not working only because the maintener was to lazy to implement tests.

flake8 --select W391,E302,E301,E304 autopep8 can't fix W391 even though it claims it can. Fixed using a simple custom script.

They can be found through autopep8 (W690) or python-modernize. Variables manually renamed. This is because Python 3 does not support tuple unpacking: http://legacy.python.org/dev/peps/pep-3113/

They bring nothing of value (we never use import * anyway) and introduce a maintenance burden. The __all__ that I left might not be very useful either but at least they are not a pain to maintain; they are also used by pyflakes in some cases.
