If the account was recently created (less than a month), there was only
one period to be fetched, leading to a crash since we were accessing
periods[1] to access the account page.

This reverts commit b4d239708969668331574bd8408c9c40028d7ce8 that
implemented login with Selenium following server side blocking.

Login with Selenium was not working for every connection.
Old login method still works on connections not impacted by the blocking.
Connections that were blocked before still need password change by user,
but now will raise an ActionNeeded to warn users.

The website seems to detect that the login request is made by a bot,
which causes users to have to input their credit card informations and reset
their password.

Login has changed on the website.
There is another way to retrieve accounts on the website that is better
to parse than the previous one that accessed index directly from an
array.

iter_history: For certain connections the date 'statement_end_date' can be missing. We
find it elsewhere though, as it corresponds to the end date the period in which the
transaction finds itself.
iter_coming: one of the 2 json scraped by weboob might not exist for
certain connections, we must avoid it.

All the connections to the old portal were removed in favour to json
scrapping. The folder pages/ was deleted and the files pages.py and
json.py were merged into pages.py in the root folder. Moreover, some
cleaning and renaming were also done.

Now americanexpress have one JSON file per main account. First we only get the token from the main account, we takes the name of
the owner and finally we compares it with the embossed_name in the JSON. Nevertheless, old token were kept for the balance and the coming values.

available in the dashboard where all the accounts are available.

get_periods() was returning a list of tuple containing 'statement_start_date' but was not used.

weboob.tools.parse_date only accepts "/" separator, while amex uses "-"
separator, so the date was never parsed.
