Access can be blocked and user must ask new credentials.
Because of bank server sensitivity we musn't try a new sync
or access will be blocked again;
so it is actually better to treat it as BrowserIncorrectPassword.

This id is needed by TPP for matching accounts.

By default, after login, we are redirected to the first accounts_page URL.
It will bear a basic list of accounts if 2FA is already done.
But if it is needed, but bank doesn't have a way to notify user,
then this page will be the same list.
twofa_page will nevertherless show up later when requesting accounts details.
So we now force go to another accounts_page URL to trigger it during loging process.

In iter_accounts, for market accounts, liquidities must be removed from
the balance because they already appear as a checking account.

In iter_history, transactions invests had no valuation.

In iter_market_orders, getattr without a default value raises AttributeError
if the attribute is not found.

For these connections we can't validate 2fa but fortuneo website gives
information that 2fa will be needed. Consequently, these connections
will always fall in NeedInteractiveFor2FA without user presence. So we
raise an ActionNeeded to avoid this behaviour.

During the first loging request, the 2fa is sent.
twofa_logged_date is the key to handle check_interactive and 2fa. When
state expired we are waiting for user presence for new 2fa validation.
