Error parsing was not done properly on LoginPage on_load() method.
Different messages are used to inform user of AppValidation.
Certain connections don't have 2FA enabmed yet, they might bypass
it, or not.

Some connections are in wrongpass for the BECM module but the website
does not return an invalid login/password message: it seems that these
credentials are actually Crédit Mutuel customers who picked the wrong
bank. I added an ActionNeeded to suggest them to try with creditmutuel
instead. The "real" wrongpass cases are caught in the on_load() method
of LoginPage.
