Also added some fixes for minor issues with housing modules.

When searching via postal code, SeLoger module was returning duplicate
entries with "ci" and "cp" type in the JSON. Then, Weboob was exposing
duplicates, which could be confusing. The website seems to use only "ci"
type values, so let us filter out the rest.

* Make it output the postal code in the location field.
* Add a `rooms` and `bedrooms` field in `Housing` capability to store
the number of rooms and bedrooms.
* Update seloger module to fill-in this field.

Right now webservices of seloger.com have a bug and returns an
invalid URL for next page (http://ws.seloger.com/http://ws.seloger.com/search.xml

).

Work around that by deleting everyting before the last "http://" in the
URL.

The first item only contains départements, the second one has cities
with the right codes.

weboob.browser2 -> weboob.browser
weboob.core.exceptions -> weboob.exceptions

Also, the new tree for browser2 is:

weboob.browser: import weboob.browser.browsers.* and weboob.browser.url.*
weboob.browser.browsers: all browsers (including PagesBrowser and LoginBrowser)
weboob.browser.url: the URL class
weboob.browser.profiles: all Profile classes
weboob.browser.sessions: WeboobSession and FuturesSession
weboob.browser.cookies: that's a cookies thing
weboob.browser.pages: all Page and derivated classes, and Form class
weboob.browser.exceptions: specific browser exceptions
weboob.browser.elements: AbstractElement classes, and 'method' decorator
weboob.browser.filters.*: all filters

They bring nothing of value (we never use import * anyway) and introduce
a maintenance burden.

The __all__ that I left might not be very useful either but at least
they are not a pain to maintain; they are also used by pyflakes in some
cases.
