[lunchr] use before= pagination instead of page=

Lunchr supports 2 pagination mechanisms, passing incrementing "page="
parameter or passing "before=" with a date.

Unfortunately, they don't seem competent enough to implement "page="
properly. Fetching 30 transactions with using page= mechanism takes 10
seconds instead of 2 seconds using before=.
