weboob.browser: ItemElement highlighting is enabled only with _highlight_el 

Highlighting can use significant disk space. Don't enable it with "-a"
command-line flag anymore.
To enable highlighting for a particular backend, set "_highlight_el = 1"
in the backend config file.
