[creditmutuel] Fix StatesMixin duration and booleans

The patch fixes the error of compatibility between backend and boobank.
Indeed, the value False is interpreted like a string. The none value is
compatible for the two. Moreover, decreasing the time of statemixin
avoid some cookie error.
