Corrected regex for FRAIS TRIMESTRIELS DE TENUE DE COMPTE.

Typed Transactions with COMMISSION PAIEMENT PAR CARTE in their label
as TYPE_BANK.

Typed Transactions with CREDIT CARTE BANCAIRE in their label as
TYPE_CARD and added rdate parsing.
