[hsbc] Get transaction summaries from checking account instead of sum()

The summary transactions for deferred cards were previously calculated
with the sum of all transactions for each month.
With this patch the summaries are fetched in the transaction list of the
parent account of each card using the id of the card in the transaction
label.
