[codimd] new default base URL + fix title + tests

CodiMD was renamed to HedgeDoc, and so was its main domain name. Maybe
we should rename the module someday.

The title wasn't fetched properly due to lazy pattern, when there are no
quotes around filename.

The builtin features.md page now features yaml front-matter which made
the tests fail. Also, the tests did not accept empty credentials.
