[linebourse] Added certificate for bp, banquepopulaire and

caissedepargne

NSS certificates called 'linebourse.pem' were added to the bp and
banquepopulaire modules with a VERIFY = 'linebourse.pem' attribute in
order to switch to the linebourse domain with the correct respective
certificates.
