[banquepopulaire] Fix login

In some case, it is necessary to add a location step during the login.
The cases seem to occur randomly and temporary. ex of url with an
incomplete redirection:
https://www.ibps.bpgo.banquepopulaire.fr/cyber/ibp/ate/portal/internetRescuePortal.jsp
