issue#17 - cleaner merge request

Hi, I closed the merge request issue#17 and create this new "cleaner". I just fixed "deferred cards parsing" without changing the behavior:

• a deferred card transaction is considered as a "non deferred card" transation of its main account

I still have questions about this behavior ( see issue#18 ) but I can't identify consequences by myself if I change the behavior.
