lxml uses a custom str class, convert them to unicode type, it makes
less problems when restoring state in python3.

The LCL site uses several intermediate pages before reaching the life
insurance site and going back to LCL pages. Since these pages are just
redirections, follow them in on_load.

fixing lcl : split accounts with market, adding history to life insurance
and market, adding investments for market, get more history and savings,
get now revolving credit...

They no longer require RC4 (most likely due to the bad BEAST workaround)
and support TLS 1.0.
Tested domains with SSLabs: particuliers.secure.lcl.fr,
bourse.secure.lcl.fr, assurance-vie-et-prevoyance.secure.lcl.fr.

Enable VERIFY again which was most likely disabled because of lack of
SNI support, which is now available with extra packages or a recent
Python version.

This shouldn't break anything because ContractsPage inherit from
LoginPage.
