[societegenerale] Implemented liquidities and corrected balance for PEA accounts

The "PEA espèces" accounts had a balance but no associated invests ; I
modified iter_investments to display a line of liquidities for these
accounts. In addition, I corrected the scraping of the PEA account balance
since it did not fit the sum of investments.
