[societegenerale] Statement history is searched using start/end date of subscription

For each account, we can know when the user started to switch using e-statements (and
in some case, when he stopped using those).
We use this dates to better tune the statement history search.
One effect is that you can now find statements that once were active in the past
and are no longer enabled.
